At Dynogen, we seek to build our portfolio by acquiring clinical-stage compounds that target certain biochemical pathways and that have been studied for the treatment of such indications as pain, depression, seizure disorders or anxiety. In addition, Dynogen is aggressively pursuing clinical stage GU and GI compounds where therapeutic potential has not yet been fully realized.
Once acquired, we will leverage our clinical expertise to develop these compounds for the treatment of gastrointestinal (GI) and genitourinary (GU) disorders, with the goal of quickly identifying candidates for clinical development and rapidly moving through the clinic.
Our business development team has successfully in-licensed two clinical stage candidates from Mitsubishi Pharma Corporation: DDP225 in October 2003, and DDP733 in October 2004.
