Dynogen intends to advance its programs through Phase II trials and, in many cases, will then seek partners to complete clinical development and commercialization on a global basis.

We may take advantage of opportunities to partner one or more of our programs in a more limited geographical area or at an earlier stage in the development process, particularly where we have been able to generate compelling safety and efficacy data for a program prior to completing Phase 2 clinical trials.

In situations where the cost of a pivotal trial is not excessive and the market for a drug can be exploited by a very focused marketing and sales effort, Dynogen intends to complete the clinical development and commercialization of the drug on its own.
